General Tournament Rules
🎯 Competition Format
- All tournaments follow double-elimination format unless specified
- Matches are best-of-3 until finals (best-of-5)
- Seeding determined by skill rating and registration order
- No coaching during matches unless explicitly allowed
⏰ Timing & Attendance
- Players must check in 30 minutes before their tournament
- 5-minute grace period for matches - after that, forfeit
- Tournament organizers may adjust schedules as needed
- No refunds for no-shows or disqualifications
🎮 Equipment & Setup
- Organizers provide all gaming hardware and software
- Players may bring their own controllers/peripherals
- All equipment subject to organizer approval
- No modifications or custom firmware allowed
🏆 Disputes & Decisions
- Tournament organizer decisions are final
- Disputes must be raised immediately after match
- Video replay available for close calls when possible
- Unsportsmanlike conduct results in immediate disqualification

Arrive at least 30 minutes before your tournament starts to check in and receive bracket information.

- Early Bird Pricing: Register before February 1st for discounted entry fees
- Group Discounts: Teams of 5+ get 15% off total registration costs
- Refund Policy: Cancellations before March 1st receive 50% refund
- Age Requirements: Minors need parental consent form

- Warning: First minor infraction
